I had a great experience fixing up my bathroom. It didn't take long to find what I liked as they had a nice display of items to choose from. I wasn't looking to spend too much and found all the shower parts and a toilet I needed for a great price. It was also very convenient that they had the valves in stock so I was able to take them to the plumber to work on right away.

Overrated broker, charges obscene amount of freight, one woman show, lousy customer service and follow up. Fluffls her invoices with overrages on re-stock fees beyond what the factory charges. Had to call multiple times to check on orders and deliveries, everytime having to remind them that the product was ordered. Horrible. The place is overly cluttered and unpresentable if you are looking for all around quality.
