If I could give a negative star I would do it. This place is a rip off. The people that worked there. Don't have any costumer service skills. Also I sent a 30x30 box and documented everything I sent on the box and lots of my tools were missing also some clothes. And the guy who took the box to my house was wearing my shirt lol they are not the smartest person due to I sent the box and went to Nicaragua when box was delivered. Some of my tools were missing I'll not recommend this place to anyone. I never had an issue with other companies. If you guys need to send stuff to Nicaragua better stay away from this people since not everything will get to your house. I never had an issue with pinolero.
