I was promised perfect service, and got that - but call me what ever you want, being 10 minutes late was not perfect enough. I will add - the guys were very professional, curtious and worked none stop, but in my book, perfection should include everything. I am sorry that i am the first one to break the 5star rating on this review board, but i was challenged by Liz at MSP - that if it does not all go perfectly well, she would be very surprise! Sorry Liz - for being the first to give you less then a 5, but late is late.



However, i will still recommend you guys to all my family and friends - i still think you guys rock the best!! You and the guys were all very very nice!

I want to sing this morning, that's how happy i am. I am not one for reviews, but this time i just had to write one, and will write anotherone on Yelp aswell!.. our move was a last minute one, and we were refered by a friend. After checking their reviews on their website and on yellow pages, i can now clearly understand why. Roz were great throughout the whole process, and without her i don't know what would have happened. The two guys Alex and mike were just as great, and made this the smoothest move ever. I cannot say enough thanks to Roz especcially for everything she has done for us during a stressful period. Roz, what can i say, you are fantastic! will recommend you guys to everyone we know!.

I was thoroughly searching for a moving company as i did not have a great experience with the one i chose the last time. I came across this company and could not believe they only had 5 stars. i search for a few more movers, but they were the only ones with just 5stars. So i decided to call them. Their lines were all busy, so i left a message. One thing i already liked were, i was not sent from that department to another by a stupid automated phone. A few minutes later i got a call from Liz. I congratulated her for all their five stars, I even made a joke saying i hope i would not be the first one having to change that. She laught and said they always just try and do their best for everyone. I imediately liked her as she realy made me feel so at ease. i decided i would go with them.



The day of my move everything went great. Liz were there for me from the start to the end of it all. i got a surprise when the wonderful pretty lady Liz came by personally by to deliver a welcoming gift to me. Service like this i have never experienced. i can now see why they only have five stars. Jose and Mike were just great with my move, and nothing were damaged or broken. I can't emphasize enough how great they were. I have already recommend them to my best friend. Thank you MSP and staff for the great service i received. Liz you are awesome, I am so happy i chose you guys!

We were looking for a moving co to move our local small office, but most companies only do the hourly minimum rate thing. A friend of ours told me to call Tom at M S P, which i did, and i am still greatful for that. Tom explained to me that their company also work on a hourly rate, and would normally just do a walkthroughs on the bigger moves, but will make an exception and come an have a look at it. I understood that i can't blame them for wanting to come out, cause he said the last time a customer gave them their moving belongings over the phone, and it ended up twice what was give to them over the phone. When he came out, he took a look, wrote everything down and said he will send ua a proposal when he gets back to his office. not long after that we got the proposal, and were quite happy as it was much cheaper then the actual flat rate company rate we got. I knew we could trust them as our friend used them before and could not stop talking about them afterwards, and that's the reason he told us to call them.



The day of the move could not have gone any better. The movers were phenominal!!, They were on time, very professional, kind and worked as fast as they could to get the job done. We could not believe how lucky we got! A week later we got another shock, Tom came by to give us a thank you card and a welcoming gift. Now that's what you call great great customer service all round. They listen, they explain, and they care! i will recomend them to everyone we know! Kudos to all the staff at MSP!

After our move on Saturday, i can clearly see why these guys only have five stars. They sure deserve more then that. They are FANTASTIC!!, Liz our consultant were just great from the moment we touched base with them to the end of it all. No request of ours were ignored, and i imediately felt our move is gonna be in great hands. Liz were with us through the entire process - even dropped by on the morning of the move. The 4 guys were very polite, professional and worked none stop. During the process we had to stop them and ask if they would take a quick bite to eat, i feel if we did not, they would just continue to get the job done.



We used their unpacking and cleaning services aswell, and with that we got an addtional 25% off. At the end of it all, we received a lovely welcome to our new home gift and we thought that it was just so thoughtful; My wife were telling me that the top CEO of the company was a woman, and she insist that is the reason that made the difference. Well i might agree there, as the service were out of this world. Personally i was speechless how well it all went. If we should ever move again, no need to call anyone but them! We will definitely recommend them to everyone we know. Thanks again Liz, for making us believe in excellent service again. You guys are just great.

All i have to say, service like this is hard to find, especially with movers. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish! First time that not one of my items were broken during a move. The guys were great, and the team in their office as professional and as kind as they come. From Roz to Liz to Tom, the three i spoke with most of the time. The part i was realy taken aback with was the lovely gesture in the end. A thankyou gift after a superb job done? never heard of it. I just love love love Roz. We just want to thank you for a wonderful job well done on our huge and stressfull move. Our neighbor told us about Roz and the service they received, but because it was all too good to be true, i still had to convince myself and did a search on Yelp and Yellow pages to check on reviews. Well i can understand all the 5star reviews after dealing with her on the phone. Roz is great, but the guys did a fantastic job aswell. After speaking with roz on the phone, i imediately knew that our move were in great hands. The 4 guys were so professional, and we could not ask for more. I always tend to question a company when the reviews all show 5stars. It always seems too goog to be true. After my experience with them, i can sure see why. This company needs more then just the 5 you offer here. All i can say, GREAT,GREAT,GREAT,GREAT job you guys. I promised Tom i will write a review, cause as a nurse my time could be very tricky and exsausting sometimes. Told him i'm not realy one for reviews, but after the service i received from them, i will do so. Well Tom, plain and simple, you guys rocked it. I had such a great night sleep that night after a very hectic day, but maybe it was from the lovely bottle of champagne i received from you after the move. I did not want to open it, was just so prettyin the satin bag, but my friends insisted on it. That was very thoughtful of you guys, and was very much appreciated by me. I had a last minute move, and doing my searching on the internet did not help much. i was afraid as my cousin had a move with a high rated moving company, and that move she said were very very dissapointing. I gave up, but remember the company below us, move not so long ago, so i gave them a call. They told. me to give this company a try and see what happens. Well all i can say is wow, wow, wow!, I want to thank MSP, but especially Roz for everything she did during the whole process. On top of the great service, i got a discount on my move, and at the end of it all, a lovely wrapped bottle of bubble to thank me for my business. I will say it again, WOW to MSP and especially Roz. I will definetly highly, highly recommend them again and again to anyone i know.



Ps: Just to mention, they are not listed on the BBB, not that i care, especially after my cousins bad experience with her high rated company, but i did ask, - Roz explained that you can only be a member with the BBB if your company is more than a year old. MSP is only in business for about 8months she said, but the feed back they receive she say, is just amazing. Well i second that, cause if they treat everyone the way i was, i see a very very long successfull road ahead for them!

I was referred to this company by a very good friend of mine. whenever he tells me something, i will always take his word for it. This time was no difference. When i called the office, Liz were just so so nice. My friend told me to ask for Roz, but speaking to Liz, i had no problem. She was to the point on everything, explain to me what their company were about, how serious and important we the customers are to them, and wish never to be rated badly by an unghappy customer. i was very impressed by the way she handled the coversation. The day of the move, things just went perfect, the way she promised me it would be. I wish my bank could give me the service they were giving me. Thank you so much Liz, you are a true star. This company is FANTASTIC!! I was told by a friend of mine how great they were, but after calling their office, i could understand what the fuss was all about. If i was not referred by my friend to them, i most probably would not have used them, and here's the reason why. As usual, i would normally check any company before using them on the BBB, so i checked, and they were not listed as a member. I asked my friend about it, and she said, to be a member of the better buisiness bureau does not mean thart you're good.. i then realized it, as i was dissapointed a few times going with the ratings of it.



Well may i say, if all companies operate the way this company do, i don't have to waste my time searching for ratings with the BBB, From the moment i booked my move with them, i felt at ease like never before. Roz was just out standing! I questioned her why their co. were'nt a member of the BBB, and she took time to explain it to me. She even said that they are not a fan of the BBB. and if she can help it, hope they don't have to - but as she said, there are people like me that just go with a company because they have a high rating with the BBB. This woman is so well educated, that i could just listen to her!.



I cannot say enough about her and M S P. I cannot believe that they are only in operation for the past 8 months! (by the way, that's one of the explanations she gave me for not being a member of the BBB, cause you have to be atleast a year in business before you can become a member!) My friend said that's exactly how she felt when she used them. She new Roz from a previous company she worked for, and there she used that company too because someone had referred her to Roz at the time. I can now understand why she referred me to this company, as they are so so lucky to have someone like Roz working for them. Thanx Roz, for everything you have done for me during my move. Your are simply just fantastic. Hope your company appreciate you as much my friend and I do.. Will refer you to all my peers, friends and family.

I cannot say enough about the service i received from this company. I received a postcard by mail, and as usual i would normally just toss it. At the time i was not realy thinking of moving, but the post card had no experation date, and I liked the card and just sort of kept it. Low on behold, did not know three months later i would need it. Without even going on their website, i just decided to call in. These people knows their p's and q"s on customer service, thats for sure. Loved them both - Liz was my actual consultant, but Roz answered once as Liz were busy with another customer - and she was just as nice. The day of my move, my consultant Liz came by to see if everything were going okay, who's doing that in business i thought.. very very nice! I received a thank you card a week later thanking me for my business. I did not mention, apart from my discount postcard, i got a nice gift at the end of my move aswell. Thank you Liz, for the great service and help i received from you, Roz and MSP. Will for sure recommend you to all my friends and family!

My company transfered me with my promotion to new york a while ago - and with all the planning relocating to NY i started searching for a moving company a little too late. I was doing quite a bit of research, but was still very skeptical about a long distance choice. I was then to refered by a friend to MSP - just sweet and short, the best call i have ever made. They took my move on from begining to end. Both my moves went very smoothly, as all that i was promised by them was kept. The move in Los Angeles were just fantastic - only thing they could not promised me was an exact date for stuffs arrival in NY. Thats to be understood. 2 days later i got a message from Tom my consultant at MSP, to let me know the date my stuff would arrive, .i was very impressed. Eventually when my stuff arrived, i was amazed that nothing were broken. For a long distance move, i though this move of mine went as smooth as they get. I want to say to Tom, your name is already known in my new office- and with your type of service i believe you will just go from strenght to strenght.. Keep up the good work guys, but my thanks especially to Tom.

Who said customer service is dead and gone! When i was referred to this company by my best friend, and the way she spoke about the consultant that helped her on the phone, i said it sound to good to be true. I was very nervous about my upcoming move, and told her, okay if you are so happy about their service, they must be good. I spoke to Roz, what a lovely accent first of all, and so pleasant. I could just talk to her forever. She helped me and put my nerves at ease until my move this past weekend! She called me the morning of the move to ask me if i was okaty and ready to go, and i could not believe it. i said to my fiance, heaven must be missing an angel with this lady! The movers were spot on time, and they were very proffesional about the way they went about things. After the move, the movers gave us a Beautiful bottle of champagne wrapped in a satin bag with a big bow to welcome us into our new home, or as Roz would put it in her note with the bottle - Use this towards your "roofwetting party, as a thankyou for using our service. "roofwetting? must be an english thing, but i liked it. I asked her what it meant, she said it''s celebrating your new home! What a wonderful group of people they are. Roz must be an angle, but i have found my saviour i told them. Thanks so much guys, i will recommend you to all the people i know. You are all so great, and i love you guys!!

I am not normally someone that write reviews, but i promised the movers i will do so cause i truly appreciate the service they gave us. My experience with this company was just fantastic. From the moment they knocked on my door, to the very end of the move they were just incredible. we used their after cleaning service aswell, and will recommend that service to anyone. They gave us a huge discount on that part of the move - apart from the 10% coupong i already had. The people on the phone are so wonderful and on point, that you feel relax immediately talking to them. They guys were working without even taking a break! A few of my friends were there, and was very impressed by them. We all said, with a receommendation we will do a lot of people a great favor! Thankx guys - a move very well done!

What can i say, i was amazed. this is the 3rd time i moved, and was petrified chosing a moving company, Both times i was very dissapointed as both those companies were highly rated by the BBB. My new apt manager gave me a discount coupon from this company - looked at it, and said to her, never heard of this company before. She said - the feed back she got from previous tenants were just positive once, and i thought what the hell, let me try.



For the first time ever, i never experienced this before, i spoke to one of the owners. never experienced a owner help out in customer service when it gets busy. All i can say - just fantastic! It was explained to me from beginning to end how they operated, she was so delightful and i imediately felt connected to her, and sounded like someone i can trust for a change - i was sold.



This company was so involved in everthing ragarding my move - something you would expect from someone like the BBB. They don't just listen to a complain - they told me from the start - if there is anything i do not like regarding my move, i should just call in immediately. Well. i did not have to do it - the morning of my move, exactly 8.55am the movers arrived, 9am i got a call from the owner that helped me throough the process - to asked if the movers were there. I could not bvelieve it. 2 hours into the move - i got a suprise visit and met her. Could not believe someone that look like her would be part of a moving business - but as the saying goes - don't judge a book by its cover. She came to check up if the movers were working fast enough - and if i was happy with the job so far. She also handed us a beautiful gift bag to welcome us into our new home and to say thank you for using their services. Wow wow wow - thats all i have to say. I have never ever experienced something like this in any service company i have used before, let alone a company in the moving industry.



I got 10% discount on my move - and that was an added bonus to us. This is one company i would refer to anyone with out a blink of hesitation. They are just wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! whatelse can i say!

We just used these guys yesterday, and they were fantastic. From the moment i called, Roz was so delightful and to the point on everything. She told me that they were taking moving into a new and promising direction, and boy was she right. She was so impressive that I put all my trust in her regarding my move, and did nothing more. From beginning to end she was just great. The 3 movers she sent out, were very proffesuional, fast and in no time the job was done. During the move Roz called to hear if everything were going okay, and when all was done, she called again just to hear if we were happy and satisfied. Another surprise came when the movers were done, they came in and hand us a beautiful house-warming gift and thank you note from MSP. This was service at its very best. Our neighbor took their card and said if she should decide to move, this is the people she wants to call. Without any doubt - i will recommend them to everyone we know.
