Unprofessional, dishonest and mean-spirited pretty much sums up MSN Limo. They must not want to cultivate long-term customer relationships.

My wife and I each bought two Amazon Local deals for transportation to/from LAX. Setting up the first round trip was more difficult than expected since my phone calls weren’t returned and when I finally spoke to someone I was told I needed to use their website despite the fact that the voucher said I could call. Then there was the surprise $27 in “taxes and fees,” a huge percent increase over the voucher amount. Certainly not up front about that.

Using the second set of vouchers was an ABSOLUTE disaster, however. No response to my web booking request or follow up e-mails. Eventually I got an e-mail that I was scheduled for a pick-up at their regular rates (no voucher in play). When I FINALLY got hold of someone on the phone they informed me that they would not honor the “promotional” vouchers because they had already picked someone up at our home address before. My argument that two separate individuals had bought two vouchers and we had only used two fell on deaf ears. As the discussion progressed, the dispatcher said he was going to cancel the non-promotional pick-up, so they would not take us as customers at any fare.

The only bright spot was that Amazon Local was sympathetic, entered an investigation request, and refunded our money. Big difference in customer orientation!

Stay away from this place, and do not buy their Amazon Local deal.

They tried to charge me an additional $29 on top of the $39 that I had already paid Amazon. Not only was I being surreptitiously charged their exact pre-discounted price, when I tried to argue that this was wrong and not what I had agreed to, the owner was extremely rude and explained that the extra $29 was going towards "the driver's salary".

He's also proudly declared to me that he's been getting a lot of customers though Amazon and no one so far has objected to the extra charge.

Not only is this fraud, overall this seems to be an unprofessional and uncoordinated operation. You are better off taking your business elsewhere.

If you have bought a coupon already, I suggest calling Amazon Local and asking for a refund. Amazon seemed unaware of the extra charge, was apologetic, and offered a refund right away.

My experience was so awful, I ...

My experience was so awful, I feel compelled to alert others. I hired MSN Limousine to transfer my wife and I to the airport for our 2-week Europe trip. Everything was scheduled and confirmed by the owner of this company.

The morning of, nobody shows up.

I called all phone numbers that were provided, left messages, text messages... nothing. Complete MIA.

Long story short, we nearly missed our Int'l flight. NOBODY called me back. I finally got hold of the owner when we returned, and he didn't care. No apology. Nothing. Quite rude, actually. I was shocked.

Awful, awful company. Stay far away. There are plenty of reputable alternatives equally priced.
