The one bright spot about getting serviced here was the rental/loaner service. The coordinator Sujey Gonzalez was professional, fast and friendly.

Bought a brand 2011 jeep grand cherokee limited 4x4. It's been almost a year and half now and the car has been in the shop more than in our possession. Chrysler finally had to step in and call the car a lemon!!! Other then taking our case to Chrysler, Motor Village with there lack of experience and knowledge insisted in putting my family lives at risk repeated stated that car was drivable. Don't trust Motor Village to work on any of your cars!

Bough my car from this so called Dealership. Worst experience of all!

First of all, sales person asked me tons of questions and dare to ask me about my credit? after.. when it came down to the car price negotiation... they try to sell me the car at Suggested retail price!! not only that ,they tried to sell me a payment that they wanted???? an hour and 30 minutes to sign papers? and when came out of the crook in finance. (try to sell me thing that don't need.) Car was not ready!!!! waited another 20 minutes just to get my car!!

This place is a nightmare! too bad that there's not that many Dodge dealers around!
