Fantastic, fast and professional service. They came right away, explained everything in detail and made me feel safer in my water-damaged apartment. At the same time they are honest and do not guarantee any results until the lab tests are done and the report is written ... I did not expect any immediate results anyway though, because my walls were moist without visible mold or staining. Big thank you to "Austin" who handled the tests at my place and answered all my questions and concerns and who took the time to even show me how his camera set-up records accurate moisture levels which are invisible to the eye.

A hot water pipe underneath my house broke and I had water throughout the crawl space of the house and water was coming up and getting my furniture wet . I called Mold Masters and spoke to Austin who is the operations manager. He sent out a repair crew immediately, even though they were working on another job. He had 2 technicians come over and move furniture. He even ordered a POD to put my clothes and furniture in. He was great. It took him and his crew about a week to finish the job. If you have a flood I would strongly recommend Mold Masters!

I had a horrifying mold issue in my bedroom closet and needed my entire apartment cleaned anyway. I decided to contact Mold Masters and I am glad I did. The communication went smoothly and so did the work. I emailed a question, late in the evening, and it was answered by morning, which was cool. I recommend them.
