Much appreciated to this service company who had our machine working on the day we called. Our machine was not spinning, it was the lid switch.

They took care of it, cleaned out the machine and had it working great.

In Los Angeles this the company to call for your washer and dryer repair service. Our Kenmore washing machine, Duet Sport, was not a good machine, till we had Los Angeles Appliance Repair Service. Our water pump was acting up, we are very pleased that our machine is now working great.

It is good to know that there are good companies out there to hire.

This is the second review I have written in my life, and I am taking the time because they impressed me so much. I came to them because I had a bad experience with another place in town (I find often that there is not great customer service in the repair industry...), and they totally surpassed my expectations.



Not only were they on time, honest, fair and kind - they gave us a discount because the fix didn't take them very long. We would have been more than happy paying the full amount, but now we are customers for life.



David was the technician who came over, and he was wonderful! He took time at my house and on the phone to walk us through everything - never making us feel like he had better places to be.

Our Kenmore 80 Series dryer was not heating yesterday morning and by mid-day it was. We contact this company based on what we have read about them on the web. We spoke with but a short-time and could tell that they were a quality service company.
