Taylor was great! Helpful and knowledgeable.

I liked the friendliness of the sales people and the fact that they don't work on a commission I didn't feel like they pushing hard to make a sale! My sales person went out of his way to help me find a fabric I saw online I was interested in, but it wasnt in the group fabric of swatches by the chair I was looking at. He found it and I purchased the chair!

In this store the best staff, friendly and helpful indeed

Great service with Greta. She was very helpful and made the process extremely smooth. I had a general understanding of what I was looking for prior to coming in, and I was in and out of the store within 15 mins!

As a first time customer, it was a pleasant experience. I selected my items online, went inside the store to confirm my purchase, and had a scheduled delivery date for the next day all within 20 minutes of arrival. I received tons of support and assistance while in the store, and the customer service representative did not leave my side until my purchase was complete. The delivery arrived the next day in a timely fashion. The furniture was wrapped in protective shrinkage. They placed the items exactly where I wanted them, unwrapped, and allowed time for me to inspect the furniture to ensure satisfaction. Overall, I am exceedingly pleased with my experience and the quality of the product.

Kaitlyn helped us in the Mid-City store and was amazing! We had looked up some stuff online that we liked, mainly the Cosmos sectional couch, which she showed us, as well as taking us through all the areas of the store we where we needed to look. She showed us the example of the interior of both the lower priced and higher priced Living Spaces chairs that they had on display, which was super cool and helpful as well. She originally approached us as we sat on a couch upstairs, then helped us through our whole journey through the store, which amazingly went pretty quickly, thanks to Kaitlyn's efficiency and helpfulness. We just moved to LA and came with no furniture, and were frustrated at how long it would take to get from anywhere else, whether or not it was a discount or fancier place. We loved the selection and price points at Living Spaces, and were able to find plenty of furniture that met our needs.

Thanks to Kaitlin, we were able to get our order in by 4pm so that we could get same day delivery. Thanks to her help we were able to not only finally get a couch we liked (and already love having in our apartment!), but also a dining table (w/ chairs!), a bookshelf, and a matching bed frame and dresser. We already love our furniture, and it seems like great quality, and we can rest assured it will last thanks to her suggestion to sign up for the Care Free protection plan which was an affordable add on for our important pieces (couch, table, bed frame). The delivery did indeed come the same day - we were scheduled for the 6p, to midnight window and the delivery guy Rodolfo called before arrival and arrived right around 9pm. Rodolfo and the other guy were friendly and very efficient and brought up and set up the furniture in our apartment exactly where we wanted, and quite quickly.

We love our furniture so far, and were wowed by the customer service we received in store, and for how amazingly fast the delivery was. We will order again from Living Spaces soon.

This particular Living Spaces is the best location I've been to. Living spaces as a whole has evolved, and their selection and quality is surprisingly good. My favorite section is the import-look section and would love to see it expanded. Very good customer service here.

Today i want into living spaces. I was looking for some furnature for my new place. In less tha an hour i had a couch, dining table and mattress. Get this im getting it delivered tonight! Outstanding team living spaces! Thank you Eddie for being a great help!
