1. Try to cheat government and Asylum Office to get a green card for me
Attorney Kenneth said: He will cheat
government and Asylum Office to get a green card for me soon. He changed my case to a fake and wrong way. Acturally the 2 cases I provided to Kenneth that are real happened in my past history. But Attorney Kenneth changed them from real to fake to cheat Asylum Office and U.S. government.
His Assistants said: He has been cheating government to get many green card for many Chinese peoples and Mexican peoples whose case all are not real because Kenneth changed them to fake case to cheat Asylum Office and U.S. government.

2. bully me in his office
I paid $3,000 for him. I'm his customer. But Kenneth and his assistant was insulting me. In the April. I was asking and begging them to continue my case to further forward step, don't withdraw as my attorney. Because I did nothing wrong. Why he was stoped to help me to get green card as he promised to me before I paid $3,000 to him. They just let me go away. Hit the door while I leave the office. I was waiting for Kenneth out of the Office door for 5 hours standing there, very tired and hard. Then, I asked and begged them again. He and his Assistant was insulting me. Scare , threaten me to leave. Make me very sad but I was still begging them with gentle attitude. They were using many bad words for me. I asked them to refund my money back. Kenneth refused it and continue to insult and scare me. I said: I will complain to State Bar of California and government for his cheating and threaten behaviours, Kenneth said: State Bar of California is stupid and rubbish, He is not afraid them. I was continuing begging them until 6:30pm that day. Finally I left with extremely bad mood, I can't sleep well within the 7 days with very
bad mood. Until now.
3. Don't give my pricacy materials to me
Attorney Kenneth didn’t give back my materials. He doesn’t allow I go to his office to pick up. It’s my privacy materials.
my materials: a bag of photos of me. 1 inch size, passport photos, I given them. 2. my other materials. passport copies, many copies, etc
