Lewis and Lewis is great. I have had a policy with you for several years and I have no reason to ever change company’s. You have good rates and I like the fact that I am not bugged.

I am very happy with the insurance with Lewis and Lewis and Qualitas for the years I've had it.

Two months ago, Claudia had a traffic accident near the city of Jalpa, where two people sadly died. This event is an emotional, psychological drama that will leave indelible marks for the rest of Claudia's life. In addition to the shock of the accident and the death of two people, Claudia had to face legal problems for homicide. Obviously, the misunderstanding of the processes, the follow-up, the court hearings, the language barrier, a different culture regarding the laws, the waiting for an agreement, made the level of emotional stress among others increase for Claudia. But, happily, Claudia had taken out auto insurance with a very good company at the time of entering Mexico. In the same way, a few hours after the accident an attorney from the insurance company took over Claudia's case. We want on behalf of Claudia and on behalf of the family, to convey our sincere thanks to Vladimir for his work in Claudia's case, for his involvement, for his willingness to conclude an agreement between the two parties, and for having involved a member of the family for translation, either by the hearings in front of the judge or by the information with Vladimir and Gladis. Without a doubt, the involvement of Vladimir and the help of the interpreter allowed Claudia to have a little more confidence and security. You can be proud to have a person like Vladimir in your company.Furthermore, we were very fortunate to have such a professional, humane and devoted person. Claudia was truly confident and could count on his involvement. On our part, being away from our daughter, the misunderstanding of the facts, understanding the judicial system in Mexico, having various questions, we always had an answer to our questions. We sincerely thank Master Gladis for her work, her human side, and for finally allowing Claudia to be back with us in Québec. Thanks for all the work on this case. We want to thank the Lewis and Lewis company, as well as the Quálitas subsidiary for their work and the agreement between the parties. In this context of a pandemic, which caused everything to end in a relatively short time. We took the opportunity to thank Mrs. Leslie, who contacted my daughter Marie Joëlle to give us information on the evolution of the case. I purchased my truck and trailer from you for entry into Mexico this December, After some 50+ years of driving and 6 years of driving in Mexico accident free, I had an accident. The tail end of my trailer sideswiped a parked car as I was making a sharp left turn. The damage to the side of the car was significant. Qualitas was contracted and an agent came out from Puerto Vallarta on a Sunday. The agent was very professional and settled the incident to everyone's satisfaction quickly and efficiently. I cannot say enough good words about Qualitas supported me through this and honored an insurance contract. I would appreciate it if you would let them know my feelings and that I would endorse their services to anyone.
