Top notch company, Jesus and his crew installed my air conditioning and heating unit very professional job. It was very clean and the quality of the work was superb. We are very happy with the service that was provided by LA Xpress heating and air-conditioning. Jesus explained everything in detail about our unit and the service that he would provide a true man of his word I would highly recommend him.

Dishonest and misleading. Zero follow-through. Will not take responsibility for their work. Will not fix what they broke.

Initially, everything was fine. Jesus—the owner—seems like a great guy and is very kind and reassuring on the phone. Unfortunately, his actions do not align with his seemingly compassionate temperament.

I hired him to clean my HVAC and install two ionizers. He showed up with his team, but only stayed for a short while before leaving to attend to another client. His team stayed. I didn't like it, but I followed along, assuming his team knew what they were doing.

Spoiler—they didn't know what they were doing. They even called him multiple times while they were in my home in order to ask for instructions on how to do the job.

The end result is that they broke my HVAC—or they at least left it in a dysfunctional state. I asked Jesus to come back and fix it. He assured me he'd take care of it and that he'd call me on a certain day to let me know when he was coming by to fix it.

He never called. He stopped responding to my texts. I have called him a dozen times and texted him just as many. He has completely disappeared, will not respond to me and will not fix what his team broke.

I'm utterly disappointed, especially because I spent about $4k in total for this project. I will not be seeing that money again.

I HIGHLY suggest that you steer clear of Jesus and his team.

These guys are the best! Jesus Chavez is a pro and a great guy, he explains everything and delivered excellent quality customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Our office was dying with our air conditioner out of service. LAXpress Air Conditioning and Heating not only fixed the issue but also explained to us energy saving tips. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent! I would recommend LAXpress anytime.

LA Xpress is probably the best & most Hones Air Conditioning & Heating Company out there. I recommend this company to my friend that needed to replace his 40 yr old system. The technician came out & gave an Estimate that's $1,100.00 cheaper than the previous Company that gave my friend an Estimate. The Install Crew came in on s Sunday morning & finish it in the early afternoon. The Job is Flawless! I highly recommend LA Xpress.

I had the best experience with LAXPRESS air-conditioning and heating. My air conditioner broke during the hottest month. I called several companies and none were available to come out. I was lucky enough to have found LAXPRESS. The technician promised to and followed through with coming out that very day. I was pleasantly surprised as the technician was extremely courteous and very professional. He even cleaned up after himself. I paid not a penny over what i was quoted on the phone and honesty is a big plus for me. I was also pleased with the affordable prices. My air conditioner works great and I am more than satisfied with the service I received. The technician did an amazing job! I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

I recently had issues at home with my AC unit and with this heat rising I couldn't bare pass another hot summer day. I called LAXpress Air (who came recomended from a friend) and within the next day they were able to send someone to my home. The guy was clean and got to the base of the problem quickly AND most important he got to my place when he said he was... No waste of my time at all. Big Plus!!!! The pricing was not over bearing and now I'm able to chill out! Punn intended! ;)

My air conditioning unit was leaking water so I called LAXpress air conditioning & heating. They were able to diagnose the problem right away and gave me a fair quote for parts and labor. If you are looking for an honest up front Air Conditioning Repair man, then this is the company I would recommend!
