I went to this optometrist a couple of times for contact lense prescription and checkup. The first time I went I thought she was just having a bad day, but I went because it was advertised cheap in the newspapers. She's very selective with her patients and will not accept certain patients if she doesn't feel like it. She is definitely unprofessional and she cannot even keep a friendly persona. She will NOT disclose even your own personal information for refills and will urge you to come back to that hellhole of a clinic only to spend more money on checkups in order to get your prescription information. I DO NOT recommend this optometrist. The receptionist is also incompetent. She is an optometrist from hell. She needs to get her credentials confiscated or suspended for reevaluation. Her diagnosis is incomprehensible and filled with unnecessary medical jargon. If you try to ask her to explain, she gets frustrated, sighs and grumbles while explaining again.
