Jose the son makes promises that he has not kept. After completing the first full roof installation he has not returned to do two other needed repairs on two different properties. It has been 7 months since he and his family has completed the roof installation. Instead of putting me down for the repair he tells me he will get bac with me or make promises that aren't kept. Its disturbing. Now that there is a problem with the first home roof repair and DWP was called out to investigate Jose has not kept an appointment he made with me or another family member for 2/6/21. I called several times including today prior to posting this review and there has yet to be a response. The work they do is good but trying to get them to return is difficult. Jose led me to believe that the problem was fixed when it wasn't and now he doesn't want to take responsibility for not doing it. I waiting for Jose to stop giving excuses and meet with me on the problem that occurred on January 30th 2021.
