More seriously, David and his team are people you can trust with one of the more complex, aggravating but important tasks in your life. He knows the annual tax code changes in great detail and is able to communicate the ones relevant for you in a clear and understandable manner. His staff provides a great workbook (that I always fail to go through) for their clients to help them find all the necessary documents and get all the relevant numbers ready. They do a great job in communicating with you. His in person consultations are great, and he treats all of our questions with respect and courtesy, providing answers that generally make a lot of sense.
