love coming to see Dr.Brisco for my annual eye exam and i love getting my glasses. Julie who took her time to help me explain my insurance is super helpful not only that but she help me understand what my insurance covers. couldnt ask for any doctor, Dr.Brisco you are an angel. Thank you

Most unprofessional and unpleasant experience ever!! My entire family went to see Dr. Brisco to have our annual eye exam. Her office staff were efficient and helpful however Dr. Brisco's lack of professionalism was beyond anything we had experienced. Our daughter had an eye irritation and without warning she flipped her lids inside out which was terrifying and painful my daughter was hysterical. Dr. Brisco's skirt was so short that her "business" was on display, she kept pulling her white coat to try cover her underwear. She also went on and on about being single, highly unprofesional - I could not wait to get out of there and then upon asking for a prescription after the visit she wanted to charge me $25. After much arguing with her office she did it for free via email and it was very unsatisfactory. I will never go back and I will never recommend her she is unprofessional and does not care about her patients as well as being highly inappropriate.

I was curious about Dr. Brisco after reading some of her Yelp reviews. She was located close to me and I like to support local businesses. Based on what I experienced, those reviews were spot on! My appointment was scheduled without problems over the phone, and when I came in the first time, the staff were so welcoming and friendly to me. They were thorough and detailed in answering my questions. They definitely hit all cylinders when it comes to presentation.

Dr. Brisco was a very knowledgeable and well-rounded doctor. She takes the time to provide a quality, educational experience. She didn’t made me feel pressured to buy new glasses, she simply listed out the recommendations for me to choose from. I purchased new glasses and was happy to give them my business because they earned it. Definitely would consider referring my friends there.

Dr. Brisco and the rest of the team at Hollywood Vision Center truly knew what great eye care was about. They take the time to get the details right and make sure everything was going swell. Her office was caught up in the latest technology and practices when it comes to vision. They make you feel like a respected patient, not just a customer. They simply perform to the best of their abilities, and I couldn’t ask for anything more. Overall, they were worth recommending to friends and family.

once a doctor who cared, now a doctor who is all about the money. Perhaps having a baby made her need more money that she would sacrifice the customer service and the respect that she warranted before.



Her people are rude on the phone or never answer the phone. Her people lie as to when your glasses will be ready. Once she has your money, she doesn't care any more.



Do NOT choose this eye care taker. She is not interested in your eyes any more, just your wallet.

what was once a good doctor has turned into a walking billboard for what is wrong with our health care system.



Bad customer service



Not only do they not call you when you have already paid for service and goods, but they make mistakes and then put you on the back burner. Money is all they are interested in. Lies is all they know. And what was once a place you could trust has become a haven for horrible care Dr Brico

Dr. Brisco has done so much for our family and son. Our son is developmentally delayed, and other doctors and ophthalmologists told us there was nothing they could do to help us. Dr. Brisco was the only doctor who gave us hope and vision exercises to stimulate our son's visual development. He now makes eye contact with us, can follow a target, and reaches accurately for toys. I know it doesn't sound like much, but everyone else said there was no hope for our son. She custom designed a program for us. I've referred other families to Dr. Brisco because she is on the cutting edge, not only for children, but for adults too. My husband and I have "bad" eyes, but she fit us with the best contact lenses ever. I could never wear glasses comfortably before, but now I have a pair that works well for me, that I don't get dizzy wearing. Her opticians are very caring too, and helped us choose great glasses that look nice and were less expensive than at Lenscrafters! I usually don't write reviews, but just had to share with everyone how great we think she is.

Dr. Brisco has to be the best eye doctor in town. She has taken care of our developmentally delayed child for 2 years now, and helped him improve his tracking, eye fixation, and eye teaming skills which has helped him make better eye contact with us, and helped him play and reach for toys better. She also take care of my husband and I, and we both have "bad" eyes. She fit us both with the best prescription for glasses and contacts that we've ever received before. The office also is beautiful and has a very nice optical shop with reasonable prices, but nice frames. I highly recommend Dr. Brisco's office and staff to anyone who wants top notch vision care.
