THIS place is the best when it comes to waiting time and service ,
the doctor is wonderfull answer all your questions and make you really comfertable ,staff are very nice totally i very satisfied

ok, some, maybe most women may shy away from writing a review for their health clinic, even if the experience was/is worth sharing.



In the spirit of sharing free information, I choose to add my review to the ones that led me to this wonderful place.



Especially in these uncertain and controversial days of shaky health care options, a clinic of this caliber should be commended and heralded for its noble efforts.



The current wait for an annual is at least 4 months, so call today to get set up. Today I called at 10am. Dropped in by 10:45 and was done by 12:30. Not bad for a free service.



The staff is efficient, respectful and very hip in their combined knowledge of traditional Western & holistic therapies.



My paperwork took less than 10 minutes to complete. I qualified for the Green Card - free health services for one year! I made a donation as well, but it is not necessary if you are really strapped for cash.



I encourage all women to either use this service or support it for their fellow womankind. The clinic supports healthy women and healthy relationships. A friendlier, kinder group of devoted public servants you will not find. If you do, kudos to you.So Her smart Choice is the place if you are looking for smart and efficient clinic.

Great Experience , we went to this clinic recently for family planning and STD checkup , they enrolled us in a program call Fpact where you get free Birth control and free checkups for Std's we did not have to wait more than 20 minutes , the staff were very professional . We recommend this clinic if you dont want to wait for hours in the medical offices to get treated then this is the place to go !!!!

Best family planning clinic !! the staff are very nice and i dont have to wait for hours like i did in other clinics . They provide free services for low income people . I highly recommend this place .

Best Experience , we recently visited this clinic in East los angeles , the visit went very smooth with very little waiting time and the staff were nice to us , we got out of the clinic withing an hour , they do ultrasound , blood work and the treatment at the same place so we didnt had to run around to different locations for blood test . All in all i highly recommend this place.

Her smart choice is absolutely wonderful. The doctors knows what they are doing and are a very warm, caring, genuine .They were great! Very friendly, thorough with patient care & took plenty of time to answer all of our questions. They have their own ultrasound machine and a labouratory to draw blood so you don't have to go to a separate place to have them done.

The office staff is great, too, and really makes you feel at home.

I never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen, which is huge in my opinion. I filled out my paperwork and was in the room in less than 10 minutes compared to other clinics like planned parenthood where i had to wait for hours with prior experience. That is the reason for me to write this review to appricate the good work they are doing to the society.

I went to this clinic recently , i made appointment over the phone i was so nervous about the whole pregnancy thing because it was unplanned and i had no job or any other income , they told me that they will help me out with the program for people with low income . I went to the clinic and the staff were friendly enough to give me all the paper work once i told them i am there to apply for the low income insurance .once i filled out the papers they did a pregnancy test and put me in room where doctor did ultrasound and told me i was 8 weeks pregnant and explained to me all the options i had . I choose to go for the medical pill . Everything went smoothly and they didnt charge me a penny . After 2 weeks i went for followup which was also free and they signed me up for family planning program where i can get free std checkup and birth control .This is a very friendly place , if you are looking for a nice place and low cost this is the place I HIGHLY RECOMMEND .

i found "her smart choice" on yahoo. i read all the information they had given and i liked it a lot. i called that same day and made an appointment. walking in i was quickly attended and asked to fill out a few papers because it was my first time being there. i wanted to get an abortion and the whole point for me going was pretty much to see how far along i was and how much would the abortion pill cost. i found out i was about a month pregnant, the Doctor was really nice and assisted me pretty quickly with everything, i found out that it was going to cost me 450$ for the abortion pill my heart dropped, i needed it fast and for a person with no job and no income what so ever that was going to be tough. he asked if i applied for this government thing (i forgot what he called it but you can ask) which i had filled out b4 i got the ultrasound. coming out of the room he had told me that i was approved so i got the pill for free. i was so excited to hear that! i had to signed a paper basically letting me know all the information on what i was going to be talking the process that was going to happen and all of that. after signing it i got the pill right away, the doctor told me to go back the next day to take the second pill he was also going to give some pain medication along with the abortion pill, cause if you haven't heard or experiences an abortion from the pill i heard it is very painful, this would be my first abortion at 19, but i NEED to get it done i don't care how long it takes or whatever. so if you ask me "HER SMART CHOICE" at this location was really awesome!!! my appointment was at 1:00 pm and i felt the office at 2:19pm which is really good considering the blood work, urine, ultrasound, filling out papers, and getting the pill. im happy plus i didn't notice the time it flew by really quickly. so i would HIGHLY recommend it. i made an appointment and it worked out better for me, but they also do walk ins but im sure those will take a bit longer to tend to, but regardless i loved it and for being my first time dealing with an abortion and there clinic i feel i made the right choice.

THIS CLINIC IS JUST THE BEST PLACE FOR THE CARE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. I HAVE BEEN USING THEIR SERVICE FOR THE LAST 5 YRS.

The doctor Kothandaraman is very friendly and very experienced. The ladies working behind the counter are very helpful and patient. The rooms are clean and there are many patients there.



I guess many patients don't write reviews because this clinic's service includes abortion and they want to keep their visits confidential. Well, who doesn't make a mistake in life? This clinic reaches out for poor people, taking care of them even if they couldn't offer much or nothing (and they offer the expensive abortion pills for free for those qualified, like people of low income, college students etc). For a great clinic as committeed like this, it does deserve great comments and visits!
