WARNING!!!! Worst decision I've made in a long time!

BEWARE... it seems this company has a few DBAs it hides under. You can always tell who it is by the location. Please, do you research.

The man who owned it, and claims he has been doing frames for decades, has taken me for my money, after NOT giving me what I asked for. And, they are ANYTHING but fast. I was told my art would take a week, and be done Wednesday... and on the day of, I was told they were mounting it and to call back the next day. Nothing fast about that.

When I arrived, my art was not framed at all as I had asked. I respectfully asked for my money and art back, he scoffed, and became rude. I ended up with my art back, not mounted the way I asked for, and was told to leave with it. That there was nothing he would do, or that I could do. He even laughed and said "sue me." Like I am going to court over a few hundred dollars. What a waist of time, and a real terrible job, on what could have been, and would have been had he cared to do as he was asked, an amazing piece. Now I am embarrassed to hang it.

I am leaving an honest review, and reporting him to the BBB.

Do yourself a favor and go to a commercial place that you can hold accountable for doing a good job.
