I have been a Gestational Surrogate for Growing Generations THREE times (2 sets of twins and a singleton). I would not even think of having a different agency represent me. I LOVE them and refer Growing Generations to everyone I know.

I loved my case managers and continue to follow them on Facebook so I can see their posts about matches, betas, ultrasounds and births.

I was a first time egg donor through Growing Generations and I was thoroughly pleased with the contacts I had. My main coordinator was super responsive to my millions of questions and concerns, whether I left her an email or called her. I got a response within 24 hours, unless she was not in the office, which I was informed of beforehand and also given an alternate contact. I also was pleased with how on top of everything everyone was. I didn't have to do too much besides show up to my scheduled appts and follow through with my tasks. Even my trip to TX for the actual egg retrieval (I'm from NY) went super smoothly and they took care of all of my arrangements.

Of course the actual process of donating was a little stressful, with the injections and all that, but GG helped minimize my cares and worries. And the family who chose me also was super nice; although we did not meet, they sent me a lovely thank you after my egg retrieval.

As my first time being an egg donor I am so pleased and happy I experienced this journey with Growing Generations. I have donated twice and the second time I was treated as the first time. The staff is friendly, supportive and best of all there is someone for everything! And I mean everything! Care coordinators, psychologists, doctors, finance coordinators, travel agents etc.!!! Yes the process of donating was an extensive one; however Growing Generations did it with care, respect, and professionalism. They are willing to accommodate to your needs every step of the way, as they did for me when I traveled for my procedure and needed to switch hotels and flight, Growing Generations was there to do the job! Anyone who is interested in becoming a donor/surrogate I recommend Growing Generations. They make you feel a part of their team and walk you through each step so you won’t ever miss one! As someone mentioned below you feel more than just a 'donor' you feel appreciated and well respected as any other person should feel. Thank you, Growing Generations!!

High prices. Poor customer service. Obnoxious leadership. Ridiculous additional fees. Look elsewhere: there are more competent and less expensive options.
