My Water heater was leaking,my friend recommended I call Genesis plumbing. She has used them for several jobs and was always happy with them. They came out look at my water heater. Gave me an estimate to replace it ( Tank was leaking no way of fixing it) It was a 13 years old water heater. I agree to the price and a couple of hours later I had hot water again. Fair price, nice people and great work plus no mess. Gave them 4 stars only because they were 15 min. late.

I was happy with there work and there price, will use them again in the future.

I call them when my sewer was back up. They came about an hr after I call them and got to work. they pull nasty roots out of my sewer and replace a section of pipe. We can use the bathroom again we no fear of flooding my house. They charge me a resonable price for the amount of work they did. Thank you Carlos and your crew for a great job.

Genesis installed a water heater for me. I trusted that installed the good one. after few month, the water heater stop working. I called them, after numberous times of promising to stop by, they finally stopped by. We even call our gas-company to ask they they showed up before the plumber, which they said they are 24-hour plumbing. Our gas company told us that the water heater they installed for us was recalled.



So any way, to give them credit, they finally did show up. However, instead of working with the manufacture to have the water heater replace, they asked us to lighth the pilot every time it goes off, which is every other day. Any how, I guess we can only do that so many times. the water heater finally stop working. we are trying to call them now to come by and take a look at it. this is about the 10th time they promised they are going to stop by. they still never did. we are still taking cold shower.

Genesis plumbing its a really profesional company they say they were going to be there in 1 hour and they were there on time they did a fantastic job and really fair price. THANK YOU GENESIS AND GOD BLESS YOU
