Horrible choice I made years ago and I'm paying for it dearly! Take my advice and DO NOT get suckered into getting Invisalign! I have two teenagers that DR Florman looked at and said they were good candidates for Invisalign. False! They are both now on braces, because Invisalign did not do the job that braces world have. I had to pay an additional $6000+ now for braces.
From the past few years waiting in the waiting room I've heard others complaining about the same Invisalign to braces story. I'm wondering if this is a total scam to get kids on Invisalign then charge extra for braces. What a mess! Oh and also know that they are like a traveling circus...not in one city but in LA and Orange counties different days of the week. So if you have an issue you have to wait till they come back to your city or you will have to travel to wherever they will be at.
Many regrets and waste of money in choosing Florman!

This has to be the WORST!! Orthodontist practice facility ever. When I told the DR. About the issues with the staff his only reply to me was "he is the teeth man" and they are the money staff. This guy which by the way, I am reporting to the medical board for fraud, is nothing short but a fraud!! Her teeth are worst then before. Whenever anything goes wrong they always blame the other person. I will be suing them soon.

The practice is run by well meaning overworked dental assistants. Appointments are disorganized and accounting office completely unethical. It's an orthondontic mill. Beware or better yet find another orthodontist. The only truly bad experience I have ever had with a medical practice.
