My mother in law used this place to send a merchandise box internationally. Not only did she pay close to $300 for transport, but once the box arrived, it was opened AND had contents missing. She called to get answers and a refund for faulty service. The manager refused to agree to any type of refund. They assure their clients seamless transportation however they fail miserably at guaranteeing proper transport and delivery.

que no manden nada con esta agencia xq son muy irresponsables y no tienen nada de amabilidad con los clientes. mande mi caja y se ha tardado mas de 5 meses en llevarla, muchas cosas robadas q no quieren pagar. so, pls evitense este dolor d cabeza y manden con una agencia de prestiguio q les pueda responder en caso q pase algo asi. una de las peores agencias si no es q la numero uno en inserbible.les doy na estrella xq no tienen la zero.

they are thieves!my grama sent a box through this company and almost everything in the box got stolen.they dont want to refund her back!
