Food is okay, but the service need improvement

I must admit I 'm an avid seafood eater and I have eaten at quite afew fish markets in los angeles .Nonetheless I must admit that although I eat more than my share of seafood Etna's rates triple A in my book, I've been going to Etna since 1985 while I was pregnant and I can't seem to stop. They cook with fresh oils and the seasoning is just right. The cook and the girl Vanessa that takes the orders knows me as well ,and they are just all polite and friendly although the cook doesn't speak alot of english he always acknowleges me with a nod and a smile cause after all he knows my face and my continued loyalty to Etna's. That alone will get me good service and just maybe a shorter wait time. One of the main reason they not only know my face but I also order the sand dab and I have them cut it into 3's.Now while my fish is cooking I'll go and purchase a lemon and bring it back to have them cut it. After all you can never get out of the parking lot without samplin some good ole fish to go
