This company should be put out of business. Never return phone calls. Didn't even meet the attorney representing me at my hearing until 1 hour before hearing. Wish I had done my homework before I signed with them. Don't be fooled like I was. They don't care enough to communicate with you when they should. Worst mistake I ever made. I should have won and might have if I had a GOOD lawyer.

My husband and I have POA for his cousin who was just diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimers. We were fortunate to have discivered the Disability Group,Inc. as we began to navigate through the Social Security system attempting to secure disability benefits for her. Thank goodness for the Disability Group as they made the process "easy" and were successful in helping to secure the SSD benefits that she deserved. This will help to make her life a little easier and so that she can continue to live within her community with dignity. We would recommend this group to anyone going through the SS process.

I have dealt with two different paralegals and they have both lied to me. Mrs. Shack in particular had a bad attitude.

I think that the staff needs to be reminded, that the clients are inadvertently, signing their paychecks.

I would like to thank Ruth and all the staff at Disability Group, Inc. for all the services that were provided in obtaining my S.S.I and Medicaid benefits. There were no surprises to the costs and fees that were incurred for services rendered in winning my case. All the staff were so friendly and courteous. Well, what can I say? Without Disability Group's help I don't know what I would have done! Disability Group handled my case very professionally. The knowledge the firm showed was so imporessive. Prior to retaining Disability Group, Inc to assist me in my claim for Social Security Disability benefits, I attempted to file on my own. I filed multiple applications off an on over a period of about eight years. Every time one of those claims would be denied, I would become discouraged and not continue with the process instead of appealing. I contacted Disability Group, Inc and they assisted me throughout the process and a year later I had received a favorable decision on my claim. A month after that I received my retroactive benefits, and I am now able to more easily afford my medical care. I really appreciate the work Disability Group did on my claim and the assistance that they provided me throughout the process.

I want to thank you all for helping me get my SSDI. To my surprise, the process was really quite easy with your help. I had spoken to several people who had gone through the process on their own and it took a very long time. Also the average person will be denied on their first attempt from what I understand. Most cases take from 6 months to 2 years I've heard. So not only was I accepted on the first try, but it was done in a fraction of the usual time. I know that if I had chosen to try this process on my own or chosen a different firm to represent me that I would most likely still be waiting. I am not thrilled that my life has put me in a position to where I had to stop working at the age of 42 but it is nice to know that with your help I will have the SSDI that I deserve. The best advice I ever received was to use an attorney to file for disability. I didn't know if I was able to receive disability so I checked out the internet. About 1 hour later I had received a call from your firm. About 3 months later I received my award letter. I think you all did a great job and saved me time/headaches. Thank you all so very much.
