Claudia Carrasco Supervisor and Latoya Thornton case management clerk both have GOD Complexes. Both are of the Base sort They are both efficient at being inefficient. Unhelpful, dishonest, having participants in jeopardy of losing their job after they comply with all the paperwork needed. Lazy and without compassion. They oppress single mothers and are both Vendictive and Vengeful and are not assets to Crystal Stairs.
