First of all I heard a lot of good things about Cricket and I wasn't too happy with my carrier so I decided to stop at your store located on Central and Slauson in Los Angeles and I am glad I did. Bianca was very nice and made me feel very confident by answering all my questions and also with my desition about the phone model and plan. Thank you very much, I am a customer service associate for over 20 years and I do know the importance of making your customer happy. I will definitely recommend Cricket to anyone I know and specially the store I visited.
