Ms. Courtney was upset because after 2 years and a half after purchasing a pair of glasses, bought on 5/19/207 for the amount of $400. wanted a refund of $600. for her broken glasses, that had bean stepped on. She was extremely persistent on demanding a refund. Unfortunately it was not possible to refund Courtney any money, too much time had gone by. Optical Boutique has bean in business for over 30 years, its family owned, it thrives for the best professional service, quality and dedicated attention to each and every one of our patients.‎
