I’ve had some really bad experiences at eye glass shops before and just mediocre experiences at others. But this however was the first time I actually had an amazing experience. The reason I did was all thanks to my new eye care specialist “Iggy” Right off the bat he introduced himself and gave my girlfriend and I a warm welcoming and didn’t come off pushy or like the typical Sales Consultants these days. He answered all our questions thoroughly and helped us in every way you could imagine. Anyway long story short. I hope that you plan on staying there for the long run Iggy. Cause I know for a fact that as long as your remain working there I won’t be going anywhere else for any of my eye care needs... Thanks again Iggy. Looking forward to seeing you on our next visit.

This Doctor is a joke. It's a mad shuffle to get you out of there at lightning speed. He doesn't seem to care about his patients needs at all. After all, he found a niche in charging a low price and treating his patients like crap. What do you expect for $45? Definitely a bit better than this. It's still $45 and he spends about 7 minutes with you. Do that math. $500 per hour.



Unlike all of his patients, my particular respective uniqueness comes in that I studied to be in their field when I was in my 20's, so I know what is protocol and what is doing this right. He didn't.



Further infuriating is that my RX always came in with one eye being better than the other, and also having a bit of astigmatism, but he said he found none when I asked him. I will be doing a chargeback. He should have his license revoked. Do yourself a favor, and go see a reputable Optometrist or Ophthalmologist.

Stay Away

I was a loyal customer of theirs until they sold me Nike Glasses at a price of more than $300.00 dollars of which were defective and unusable after a period of about 5 months. They did not return, exchange, or refund my money which is why I switched providers. My advice: don't go there, and tell your family and friends. By they way, they're rude and have no customer service skills.
