Dr. Christine Chen was born in San Francisco and grew up in northern California. She received a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Pacific Union College and a Doctorate of Optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry in 2010. Her ability to practice wide scope optometry is contributed to her extensive training at the Veterans Affairs in Las Vegas, the Center for the Partially Sighted in Los Angeles, Southwestern Eye Center in Arizona, and the multispecialty clinic at the Southern CA College of Optometry.
