Last month, the driver's side window on my 2004 honda element stopped working and dropped down into the door.  i took it to a honda dealer for repair where they replaced the regulator for the window (apparently a fairly common problem for hondas).  they fixed it, but it cost an arm and leg!  

so when my passenger's side window had the same problem this week, i decided to look for a local mechanic and Budtho had a 5 star rating across the board so i had to give them a try.  i'm soooo glad i did!  i took my car in this morning around 9am and was expecting them to have to order the part and tell me to bring my car back for repair in a day or two.  nope!  they said they'd get the part and have the car done by noon!  they even finished early...11:35.  and the best part is it cost less than half of what the dealer had charged me for the same repair last month. 

as for the people, it's a family run business and they were very sweet and personable there. i felt like they were very honest and very fair with their prices.  and it just feels good to support small local businesses. I'll be going back to Budtho's the next time my car needs anything! =o)
