I rented a car here when I traveled to LA and it was great. They have a bus that comes and picks you up from the airport and brings you right there. This location has their express check out so, if you haven't signed up..... you should. I was dropped off at the express drop off then was asked to look for my name on the board. Once I found my name they should me a row of cars that I could select from. I picked my car and drove out. It was just that easy. The only reason they didn't get four stars is because the service rep did not tell me about possible toll charges if I traveled outside of La. Other than that go with Budget.

Don't rent here. My wife and I rented a car with the budget online rate for $96. When we arrive they said they didn't need the reservation # just a license. They then asked us if we needed additional insurance and we said no to ALL the questions they ask. What they AREN'T telling is when your denying additional coverage they are Agreeing you to the basic coverage which DOUBLES YOUR FEE. �We didn't notice this because the amount on the screen was conveniently exactly $10 more than our reservation (and the bill shows a $10 fee to explain this) CLASSIC BAIT And SWITCH �con. I feel dumb for falling for since I'm from a family of con men. Make them print a final bill estimate if you rent here but I recommend you don't.

I was out in southern California for spring break last week and rented a car from Budget during my stay. I reserved the car online a few days before I arrived. My flight arrived in LAX late Friday night. I waited a few minutes for a shuttle bus to take me to Budget. My wait time to get into my car was about 10 minutes. I got a Ford Focus and was surprised by the good gas mileage it got during my trip. Beware, the check out person will try and upsell you extra stuff like insurance and fuel purchase when you get the car. Be sure to evaluate if you need it or not. If you car insurance already covers rentals, then why spend the extra money? If you're not going to bring the car back on E, then don't get the prepaid fuel.

Returning the car was really easy as well. You park the car in a well labeled area and someone comes by to check the car and print you a receipt. The shuttle back to the airport was already waiting and fortunately I was the only passenger so I got to the airport really quick (I was running late and barely made my flight).

I would definitely rent from Budget again.
