If I could give them no stars I would. Nothing about their service was professional. They carried my piano out to their truck and I asked them are you going to wrap it nicely they said yes we will in the truck. Once they loaded the piano on the truck they just put a blanket on the top and strapped it to the side of the truck!!! Honestly I could have asked a regular moving company move it for me. When I called for pricing I was told a flat fee. Once I gave my addresses in text message the response was we will also charge $4 per stairs. Our house has no stairs but there a few from the street to the entry way and once I paid the guys the flat fee I was told the stairs outside should be counted too! I did not pay any extra fees because we had agreed over the phone that those few outside are fine. When they left I noticed scratches all around and bottom of my piano. I told the owner about it and he said we take no claims and this was the existing condition of your piano. Save yourself and piano from this company !

I was referred th these guys to move my baby grand piano, well they they did pretty good job , no problem at all. good service and the rate was pretty fair. I recomend them. five star this time.

I call these guys to move a baby grand piano from Hollywood to Beverly hills and I have to say that they are very professional. they have no problem at all to get the piano where i want it a pretty difficult area by they managed it the right way .excellent guys.
