The staff has been universally attentive and professional. Considering the amount of care provided, I find the costs to be extremely competitive. The food is first-rate, and it's a pleasure to dine with the patrons. My experience with this facility has been 100% positive; they have gone above and beyond in every situation. If you have a loved-one that is needs considerable attention, such as incontinence care and attention to medication regimens, this is a fantastic place. Also, the physical plant is new and immaculate. A large variety of special events are scheduled each month, in addition to a plethora of daily activities. Free transportation to doctors, shopping, etc. is provided, too!

very, very, very poor service and very, very, very profit-oriented. management will even bill the resident for a bandaid when a first aid kit is at least a requirement in any entity. they gouge the residents by charging services that were not availed. they are allowing only 2 trash liners per week per resident. how nice! so one has to stack up 3.5 days worth of soiled diapers to stretch the 2 trash liners. and btw the team puts a front of concern, friendliness and attentiveness when the residents' family members are present. beware! i want to rate them with half a star but don't know how to do it.
