I was blown away by the amazing customer service I received at this store. I went in with a return that I had meaning to deal with for a while. And by a while I mean almost three years. Yikes. But they were so nice and accommodating, never trying to shame me for even trying to bring something back after that much time. I was immediately greeted, stood in line at Customer Service for maybe 5 seconds before another cashier offered to help at a register, and it just went so smoothly from there. I didn't have to beg and plead, they just went out of their way to help me. They even gave me cash back instead of store credit without me having to ask. It was all great.
