I have never been in an accident before, but i know if it happens again i will not be taking my car here, the people are nice, but the service is rediculously horrible, when i first gave them my car, they said it would take 20 business days to have ready, which means a month basically, so i call them on the date it was supposed to be ready, and they tell me the paint is not finished yet so i had to wait anothe 4 day, then i waited another 4 days and still got no phone call, so i called them again, now the headlamps on coolant that is required for the car was not taken care of and they have to order them, so NOW i have to wait anothe 3 days, and even now, the gentleman i talked to wasnt sure himself of when it would be done, he told me if the parts come in monday it will be done monday, but i can bet the deductdible that it will take another 3 days... so if u want fast service, go anwhere but here...
