knowledgeable and very helpful Staff. .

I was doing some piping in my house and I was looking for a very specific kind of pipe. They had it in here, that flexible pipe that I was looking for.

This place is just perfect, they have everything that I was looking for, from the nails to the nail gun. I was just so lucky to find this place in a short notice.

Pretty much anything you might need to maintain or improve your home, they have here.

The staff is knowledgeable, and very helpful; and things like returns and/or exchanges are rarely a problem. Save your receipt.

Nice selection of flooring. Got some great laminate flooring there at a decent rate.

Terrible service. Employees pass you off from one to another. Nobody knows anything or cares.

This place is a joke. Poor customer service. Manager/employees who are not professional. Go somewhere else.

It's nice having a neighborhood hardware store on the Westside. More personal than the chains. Pricey, but worth it for the convenience and higher quality goods.

No service, or absurdly lazy service, or surly and lazy service. The competition isn't good, but this place is the very worst. It makes waiters in Manhattan look good. I'm not a large purchaser, so maybe they're polite and helpful to their good customers. But it's clear to me that they'd be out of business if they didn't have a near geographic monopoly. Doesn't their management care at all?
