Toxoplasmosis Gondii,
Has become a problem all over Hollywood neighborhoods due to stray cats/wild animals.And lady across street from property located at 649 North Kingsley Drive.90004 Area.

Who runs business at Boost Mobile Phone Store located at 4723 Melrose,trespasses daily/nightly on property to tell anybody off who hates fleas,cockroaches,etc.

And calls police w/ bogus allegations to make you stop caring about your health/security.

So the property is very nice,and loved every minute living/renting from Alpha.

But not the harassment by lady and her friend in 649 1/2 next door to my apartment unit.

Like it or not,company should provide basic security on all properties when security issues arise,or their liability insurance won't matter.WHEN TENANTS ARE DEAD,SEVERELY INJURED,OR have to call local law enforcement after performing a citizens arrest.

Other than that, been on Hollywood East property On Kingsley Drive for about 3 years,and best property style I have ever rented

ENOUGH SAID,THEY ARE 1 STAR ALL ACROSS THE BOARD IF EVER INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUD AND OTHER ACTIVITIES;BY ATTORNEY GENERAL AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS.

OTHERWISE JUST USE SOMEONE ELSE,WHEN YOUR LEASE EXPIRES.

AND BE AWARE IT COULD BE WORSE WHEN DEALING WITH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES IN LA.

WHERE YOU WOULD HAVE BEDBUGS AND ROACHES EVERY FLOOR STILL AT WILLIAM PENN APARTMENTS.

NO BUG EXTERMINATIONS. ALPHA DOES THAT RIGHT EVERY MONTH,SPRAYS FOR BUGS UPON REQUEST.SO THEY CAN WORK WITH TENANTS.IF YOU KNOW YOUR RIGHTS AND LAWS. THAT PROTECT YOU AND ALPHA.
