They tried to pass a fraudulent charge on my credit card. Stay away from this company!!

We ordered a blood analyzer stat fax 1904 dated july 29, 2011 (Order no. 2354 order YHST- 12533177228474-2354) online and cancelled it but still this merchant took my money dated August 3, 2011. My contact person is Robert Cavil ( tel no. 323-782-0983/ 1800-939-6944/310-203-9503). Transaction was being entered thru Paypal but it seems that after this transaction account with Paypal was being closed. i kept calling and begging them but they just ignored me. I lost to live a life without stress on my period of recovery as a cancer survivor dealing with this dispute. i filed a case to claim my hard earned money in small claims court (Civil Court Of New York CV 015987-12/NY) won the case and send them a copy for the judgement money thru repetitive emails and registered mails but they returned it to me. i still calling them but once i remind them of my money they owed to me but they will hang up the phone. i also sent the copy of the court document (judgement money) to the owners Bijan and Fariba Senihipour at 360 S. Rexford Dr. Apt. 11 Beverly Hills, CA 90212 but they also send back the mail to me.

Allmedtech or Allied Biomedical Technology Incorporation, you know that you still have your product and no delivery was made because of the cancellation. i do not know what is the treatment you made for the money that you get from me. You can't consider it as a sale in exchanged of your product because you have your blood analyzer stat fax 1904. I called and sent you an email for formality and you agreed for cancellation. i just don't understand why can't you give my money back. You enjoyed it while i am needing it most. Give my money back please.
