A/C unit went out on the hottest day ever and Albee's saved the day. Sabino is the BEST! .

They had a better price than a competitor's. They had the item in stock and ready for next day delivery! Installation was included in the price, and was done well. They went the extra mile during the installation, and didn't back down from the additional requirements my installation required. I was prepared for them to say "you'll have to hire somebody else to do this" but they got out a saw, cut a piece of wood, and made sure I had a working washer and dryer at the end of the day.

Frank of Albee's is a bonafide ROCK STAR!!!! I am a very, very particular shopper. When our dishwasher died unexpectedly I did my usual exhaustive research and decided on a KitchenAid that had wonderful reviews. Then I started calling around for availability and prices. Lowes, Best Buy, Home Depot, Sears, ETC. When I got to Albee's, Frank had all the information and the LOWEST PRICE! I didn't believe it so I went in to see him in person. He confirmed everything he'd said, including the price! I handed him the check and three days later, Eric, another great guy, delivered the unit, installed it and CLEANED UP COMPLETELY before he left.

Frank was terrific. My experience with purchasing from this store was superb.

Our oven decided to call it quits on the Wed a week before Thanksgiving. I was working with a very specific cabinet opening that has no wiggle room and needed to find a replacement double oven with convection in at least one of the ovens and had to have it installed before Thanksgiving. I called several places with no luck and then I reached Albee's. I spoke with Frank. He found the oven and verified that they had it in the warehouse and even gave me a crazy good price on the unit. I was replacing a Dacor that had broken 3 times on us since we installed it in 2001. The new one is a Whirlpool, stainless 27" double wall unit. They promised to have it installed the following Monday.

Frank took my worried calls on Monday morning, assured me that the unit had been picked up and kept me informed about the progress his guys were making to get to me to install the unit. They showed up and did a VERY professional job installing the new oven.

So, my Albee's experience was excellent. They did not gouge me, despite my clear desperation. They were very communicative and did great work and gave me an excellent deal. I do not know what else I could have asked for. I will definitely use them again for my next appliance replacement.

The store can be somewhat crammed with many products and using every square inch inside the store, but the staff is very friendly, willing to help, and there to help you choose the right item that fits your needs. They do however deliver and depending on how busy they are, can be next day, but always ask for a speedy delivery the staff is there to help. The prices unlike in other retail stores can always be negotiated maybe haggle a little and/or might make a deal other stores cannot match. I've been coming back for years for multiple items and never been let down by them, they also have convenient parking in the rear of the building as this area can be tough to find parking or expensive. Make sure to ask for Frank, very helpful salesmen willing to go the extra step.

I've been going to Albee's for 20 years. It's a local business - a neighborhood business for me. They are always so nice in there.

From blenders to huge refrigerators, I've had nothing but the best service and best experience I read a couple of these nasty reviews, and sometimes, people get what they give, and I think the people were rude to the owner, and very helpful staff.

I've bought a potable dishwasher, and three portable air-conditioners. I have a large, very old fashioned a apartment with crank windows, so I needed all three. When I've had problems with the units, they led me to right people to call.

Soloman and his team at Albee's are the best in the business if you need parts or appliances they have a huge inventory on hand. I have seen how they work and their attention to detail is impeccable. They also offer delivery and remove my old appliances (stoves) for me. I highly recommend you call them if your in the market for a stove or fridge and microwaves. They are very fair in price and will match anyone's price out there.

I have been shopping at Albee's for many years and have always been extremely satisfied. I have never had a problem with the condition of any of the items I have purchased. Their prices are great, and their staff is very friendly.

i was buying my appliances from Albee's for past 15 years this guys are old school. First you have to do your homework before calling them. After you know what do you want and you got the best price from other three stores then you called them and start your negotiating. You have to speak with Solomon or his partner. You will be very satisfied. This guy like i said old school if they give you there word they will stand by.

I was very pleased at the prices and very friendly staff. I've been shopping here for years and never had any problems.

Great place to shop. My parents have numerous buildings and always buy their appliances from Albees. They told me about here and I have since been working with them also. David is a great help and very honest. These are the people you want to work with in life. Will always shop here and make reference. Thanks guys.

We ordered a hard-to-find casement air conditioner and they did same-day delivery, on time. the delivery guys weren't exactly Mr. Friendly but hey, when it's 95 degrees out and you're dying for an a/c pronto, and they deliver 2 hours later, what's there to complain about?

Called on a Sunday for a particular dishwasher, they had it, same day pick up, and installation, need I say more?'!?!? Frank was fantastic and helpful and quick !
