I've been parking here for years and have usually been pretty happy, but they have gone way downhill and I will have to find a new place to park.

Both elevators were out of service when we arrived on Friday meaning you have to go back to the far end of the garage and take two different elevators to get to ground floor. They had signs on the elevators saying that parts were on the way and elevators would be back in service soon.

We flew back into LAX after midnight on Sunday and waited almost an hour and never got picked up. Texted 3 times. Tried calling, but no one answered. Finally took the Crowne Plaza shuttle. Once again, both elevators out of service. Walked by the office on the way to the far elevators and there is a manager in the office. The door was locked, but he opened it when I pounded on it and had no explanation for not answering the phone. He said that as of the 23rd, they were only allowed to pick up on the upper level. This was not mentioned in the text replies or on the recording when I called. And all the other parking lots were still picking up on the lower level.

I called the next day and spoke to an assistant manager who was no help at all. He offered a vague apology, but nothing else. I asked for a refund and he said he couldn't authorize it. I asked to speak to the general manager and he was not available. Left my name and number, but of course, he never called.
