I was a regular customer of this LA City Hyundai because the Hyundai warranty requires dealership service. I've decided to let the warranty expire - that is how POOR the service is at this location. The warranty is not worth the rip off of this dealership. Not only has my car been returned with mysterious scratches and bumps, but I just paid $800 for a required annual only to find my car will not start. I was also told I need new brake pads and rotors. When I took the car to Midas, I was told my brake pads were at 80% and the rotors were in perfect condition. The mechanic at Midas didn't even charge me and wanted to know who suggested I needed them. Hyundai also wanted to charge me a $75 diagnostic fee to look at a fuse. So instead I paid 20 CENTS at AutoZone for a new fuse. My power windows work fine now after 20 CENTS vs. $75. Whatever you do, AVOID THIS HYUNDAI!!!!!
