1) When I spoke to the lady on the phone she told me the rate for a small, gently used futon would be anywhere from $75-$95. The cleaning guy came inside, looked at it, scribbled some stuff on a handheld notepad, and said $140.

-this wouldn't have been a big deal if they told me that up front, for example... If she said anywhere from $75-$150 at least I would have known, or gone with another service that charged no more than 100.

2) The cleaning guy asked me for a dirty bath towel, paper towels, and an empty spray bottle. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE DOESNT BRING THEIR OWN MATERIALS?!!?!?!! The only thing he brought was the steam cleaner, If I would've known I had to supply everything else I would have just gone and bought a steam cleaner and done it myself!

3) He blew a fuse when he first turned on the steam cleaner, (I understand, those things are powerful), but then he proceeded to mess with every button in the electrical box. (I cannot and have not been using my heat or a/c because the vents are dirty and about to be cleaned later this week), however when he was messing with the buttons he turned on the heat which blew an outstanding cloud of dust into my apartment!!! I almost cried. So much for being clean!!!

4) He cleaned SO fast, as if he was in a rush to leave. Don't get me wrong, I didn't want him to stay for hours, but at least be thorough!!! He came and left in 20 minutes. I used to watch my Mexican mother steam clean carpets and couches when I was a young girl and I know for a fact that the most effective way is to use long, repetitive strokes, in a slower manner. When you empty the water, if it's brown, do it again until it runs clear. He emptied it the water, which was brown, in my toilet...leaving a huge mess of dirty water splashes in my bathroom, and just to put the Icing on the cake he left the toilet seat up. Beautiful!

-I was going to ask him to clean it again but I was afraid he there would be an extra charge, which I simply couldn't afford.

5) He was being very loud and disrespectful to not only my apartment, but the whole building. My landlord was woken up and came out to say something and he started waving his hands and talking loudly over her voice saying Oh don't worry it happens all the time...and I asked him to please quiet down, that's my landlord, not just a nosy neighbor! He didn't care.

6) After he left I called the office to complain to the lady about how disappointed I was with the service, and she acted like she didn't care either. Perhaps now they'll care about their misleading sales techniques, poor quality cleaning, and terrible customer service.

By far the best of the best.. thanks a lot for all the hard work.. You guys rock the carpet cleaning world.. they did it, and I am a very happy with the work.. I mean for other companies to come and not be able to do what this company did for me I am very amazed with it..... meaning I will be calling them again. thanks

The technician couldn't have suggested better solutions. The heavy duty green solutions he used for the stains worked perfectly, they got rid of the problem and left my home looking incredible. Thanks to the technician and the team for great service.
