Provided by YP.comThey used to be good prior to the purchase by ARS, now they are horrid. I purchased a HVAC system from them that is still under warranty, but they just can’t seem to get out here and fix it. Two days I have waited, each day they end up taking a more important call. My non-working AC is not important since it is under warranty. Now I’m going into a third day, who knows if they will show up. And, of course, my time isn’t taken into consideration. I’ve been sitting at home waiting for their phone calls that don’t come. When I call them, they give me a new lie about when they will come. Forget about finding anyone with integrity at this place.
