I was an established patient at the springdale dental clinic. I had a root canal performed when I was pregnant & was told it was covered by my insurance. I went back to the dentist months later, only to find out that the completion was not covered and would cost me $2000 per tooth! This is the third time I've had an abcess in this tooth that they performed a root canal on, I now have a very painful abcess after my botched root canal & not only was the office manager at the springdale clinic rude, but called me a liar stating that no one ever told me it would be covered. She said they will no longer see me at their office due to cancellations, mind you I was a no show because I was hospitalized in spokane during my pregnancy for kidney surgery, serious kidney infections & kidney stones. I now have to find a new dentist with a serious tooth infection. I don't recommend this office to anyone, they are a joke & it's obvious why they work in a small town like springdale because no dental practice in spokane would hire them. If I could give them negative 5 stars, I would. They are rude, unprofessional & they work out of a trailer!
