Caleb Sabat is a Marketplace Licensed Agent who helped me with my 2019 enrollment. Tried to contact him for an appointment to renew my 2020 health plan and was unable to set a fixed date. I have left 2 text messages, I voicemail and an e-mail with the agency manager, David Ballew which fell on deaf ears. Never got a response from either person to date. They are very unprofessional and unresponsive at that branch. I have NEVER encountered a company that ignores it's clients in this manner. I highly DO NOT recommend this agency.
