WOW! What a difference 1/8 of a mile makes!!
The first place I took my washer to for repair (The Appliance Store) to was absolute poo!
Tried to take it Wednesday eve at 4:45 (bc they're "open until 5"), they were closed! So then took it in yesterday but the tech had called in sick and "might be back in the afternoon, otherwise tomorrow (today)." Then called today after I didn't hear back by noon, and they told me that not only was the tech STILL not in, but they'd be closed for the weekend!
I told them I'd pick it up and bring it to Ray's Appliance down the street.
Chuck had it fixed it in 10 minutes for $60.
