Provided by SuperpagesThis is my all time favortie yoga studio. The instructors are fantastic. They helped me build strength, lose weight, and learn to touch my toes. :)If you are anywhere in Orlando or the surrounding areas, you simply must try the Anusara Basics class. Especially if you are a complete beginner to yoga. Then move onto Anusara 101. All the sun salutations you do in the 101 class and the way you hold the poses for longer really make you lean and strong.
