Our board interviewed many companies and finally decided on Hara Mgmt because the price was right and their philosophy on violations and collections is fair but firm. Robin is so professional and caring. Our manager rocks. We're happy with our good pick.

I had a problem with my bank account and unbeknownst to me, my assessment payments got messed up. After receiving a balance due notice from Hara Management, I called them to see what had happened. The A/R bookkeeper called me back that day and reviewed my account with me in detail. We found that I had missed a payment and she provided instructions for me to get caught up. I asked her to waive the late fee and she told me she couldn't but suggested that I submit a written request to the board for consideration. I did just that and my request was approved. Thank you for your prompt and courteous service and your overall helful attitude. P.S. Our manager is great too! Thanks again.

I tried on many occasions to handle problems and they do not talk to you or return calls in a timely manner. When I did finally get someone on the phone (asked for a manager of the person who wasnt answering the phone) I was treated like dirt and the person wouldn't even hear me out to explain the problem. They simply hid behind policies that werent applicaable because they would not hear the story of the mistake that THEY made.It was clear that they just want their money. They do not care about providing a service or treating customers with courtesy, dignity, and respect. They will find every way out of providing the service at all costs since that would affect profits. This company is all about money. If you are looking for a company to manage your homeowners association, look elsewhere. Hara will not deliver any service no matter what price they offer you. Avoid them at all costs.
