CLOSED NOW - Opens at 8:30am

Hade Apex come out (through Sears Home Appliance Repair Insurance); paid the deductible and was told they couldn't repair my Refrigerator and they would have another Sears Rep contact me; that date was 08/14 -- it is now 08/19 and I am the one calling. With NO guarantee of service for my $$$$ -- not a happy customer of Sears or Apex.
