I have been using this company for years, and I have always felt they have been honest and reliable. They actually troubleshoot and repair an older unit rather than sell you a new unit.

I own a property managment company and have used AC Mechanix since they opened up. You will never find anyone more honest or that works harder at making the customer happy I know. I have almost 200 houses and very demanding tenants. Can you get same day service? Not generally in the middle of the summer unless you have a true emergency...newborn baby, someone just out of the hospital, etc. If you are reasonable and let them work with you, you will never need to call anyone else. And you will never get a charge for something that did not need to be done.
