thank you for sending your workers to finish cleaning my pipes they did a great job and i wanted to thank all of you personally.i was wondering if i could ask you for one last favor. the pipes they cleaned were not just plugged up- they were plugged up with sewage .i'm hoping you and your workers could write up a statement of the hazards of raw sewage in water pipes and if (in your opinions) what would be the right thing to do.1) replace all plumming pipes that were filled with sewage.2) the health hazards feces in the pipes could have on me.3) no matter how well the pipes were cleaned , there would still be feces left and the water going through the pipes would be polluted with sewage left in pipes.if you could write up a statement for insurance purposes it would help me deal with the insurance agent.I HEREBY ABSOLVE ROTO ROOTER FROM ANY LIABILITY IN THIS PROBLEM AND I THANK THEM FOR THEIR HONEST OPINIONS IN THIS MATTER.if you can think of anything to add please include them.

Roto Rooter came to our house quickly. They have 24 four hour service but we were able to get them to come during daylight. Technician (John) was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We had a plugged sanitary sewer and he opened it up. After running his camera in the sewer line, he recommended further service. A trained servicemanager came over the next day and told us in plain terms what needed to be done to prevent further problems. I recommendRoto Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service highly.

Roto Rooter delivered excellent and extremely fast service to repair a problem with the toilet in my master bathroom. The plumber (Van) was very knowledgeable and very polite. I definitely recommend them.
